Flexible Nutrition Plan

8-week Nutrition plan is $175 (does not include training). There's no special diets, pills, or fat burners.

Must commit to 2 group training sessions per week

Group sessions are Mondays & Wednesdays at 8:30am or Tuesdays & Thursdays at 5:30pm or 7:30pm for 1 hour

– $375 flat rate
– 3 sessions/week or 12 sessions in 4 weeks
– Expires in 28 days
– No transfer of session to the following week or transfer of week to later time
– * If you know in advance your schedule, you might want to consider the series of 10 or 20 sessions instead considering the 4-week training program.
