Richie Mac started DJing at his high school dances and has DJ’d weddings, bar mitzvahs, Birthday parties, and hood parties. Pumping at The Beat Fitness, he came up with the concept of turning a Cardio workout into a nightclub scene.
Richie has a mixed style of Dance, Hip Hop, R&B, and retro music from the 70’s, 80’s, and 90’s.

Meet Our Trainers
is a fitness professional that has been in the industry for almost two decades. Natalie is best known for her acting role as Nikki Franco, co-starring next to Pamela Anderson in the hit TV show, “V.I.P”. She has always been into fitness. She taught dance and aerobics through high school and college and was a personal and group fitness instructor all the way up until her big TV break.
About 12 years ago, Natalie decided to put 100% into her fitness career and to helping others meet their highest fitness goals. Since that commitment, she has been a master instructor for Barry’s Bootcamp and Jillian Michaels’ Bodyshred. She has personal trained celebrities such as LA Reid, Cyndi Lauper, and many others. Currently, she is working on her own brand called “SUPERBODIES by Nat”. It is brand-geared toward educating women on fitness and nutrition before, during, and after menopause. If you want to work out with Natalie, she guest teaches all over the country and works full-time at THE WALL in Los Angeles, California.
Teaches Monday nights and Friday and Saturday mornings in his own signature style.
is a famous Bulgarian martial arts competitor, personal trainer, and instructor. He is also known as the “Coach to the Stars”, coming from his joint projects with Dolph Lundgren, Mickey Rourke, Randy Couture, and others. He was the Kickboxing World Champion (WAKO) and Kyokushin Karate from Tokyo, Japan.
Slavi has 2 black belts in Judo and Kyokushin Karate. He graduated from the National Sports Academy with a Bachelor’s and Master degree in health, nutrition, and fitness. He is a renowned master in Kickboxing.
His classes will help you reduce fat, look healthy, increase vitality, teach you new skills, help you develop discipline, strengthen joints, improve confidence and much more.
He teaches Cross Fighting every Wednesday at 5:30pm and Cardio Kickboxing every Saturday at 11:30am.
Born and raised in California, Shara always found a way to follow her bliss! The many roads of dance and fitness lead her to The Beat Fitness where she has been training with Nathalie Bordeaux since 2014, specifically, to be an instructor of Beat Cardio. Dedicated to a strong demonstration, Shara brings the best of the Beat Cardio’s fundamentals to the new BEAT HIIT class, a workout party that you won’t want to miss.

“Jess” Front Desk “OG!”
Jess is one of our great success stories. She came to us as a client and has been training with Frenchy for 2 years. 2 challenges, 75 pounds, and 12 dress sizes later, she’s a staple on our Beat Team.
When she’s behind the desk, you wanna make sure you sign in because she will hunt you down if you don’t! Pretty much any fire that goes on at the Beat, Jess can handle or answer any question. She takes her fitness very seriously. When she’s not at the Beat, Jess is a Paralegal specializing in Insurance Defense.
Positive Vibe Police & The Beat Front Desk Gal
Toni is best known for her contagious smile and warm vibe – offering a hug, support, and love to anyone that comes in her presence. With her Chicago roots, Cali soul, Italian heritage, and Scorpio sign…she believes that anyone can do anything they put their mind to. Toni is a real life testament to hard work, (naturally) losing over 150 pounds through healthy eating habits & exercise, and overcoming fitness battles with severe nerve damage. Once you meet Toni and experience her big smile, both behind the desk and during workouts, you are hooked. When she’s not sharing her love at The Beat, you will find Toni cooking a delicious meal for her family, and downloading the newest rap tracks.

Trisha is no stranger to high-energy group fitness, having found her passion for group training over 20 years ago as a Los Angeles native. Trisha truly believes that the way you treat your workout is how you treat your life – with determination, hard work, strength, and intention. Although Trisha believes that intensity and emotion are the keys to fitness, some fun is always a good idea – don’t be afraid to let loose, smile, and feel the music (especially hip hop!!). When Trisha isn’t getting her sweat on, you’ll see her putting on lavish parties and weddings for her LA clientele, hosting dinner parties for her family & friends, and traveling the world.
Trisha’s motto: You get what you put in – in life, in relationships, and in your workout. Go all in!
Beth has been part of The Beat Fitness Family for almost 5 years, now. She has been taking classes with Nathalie and doing personal training shortly after The Beat opened in September of 2012. Beth feels that the training and positive atmosphere of The Beat helped change her emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Beth is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who volunteers some of her free time to work on The Beat’s social media page. Beth focuses on positivity and enjoys sharing her light with others.
